All ladders and scaffolding come with a standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. This means that during this time, in case of defects, you can have the ladder picked up by us so that we can repair it or provide you with a new ladder. The ladders from the Professional line even come with a lifetime warranty.

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 30 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. After reporting your return, you still have 14 days to return your order. Upon receipt of your return, the full amount will be credited within 3 working days, provided the item is returned in good condition. The return costs are £14.95.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur within 14 days after notification of the return.

Has your order been shipped with DPD and do you want to report your order return? Then follow the steps below:

1. Click here and generate a return label.
2. Bring your ladder/scaffold to the nearest DPD point.
